A quick and delicious dish featuring sautéed cauliflower and mushrooms with garlic, perfect for busy weeknights!
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter.
- Add cauliflower and cook for 5-6 minutes until slightly golden. Add mushrooms and continue cooking for 4-5 more minutes.
- Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with Parmesan (if using), and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
